A refined cuisine

Drawing its inspiration from the Breton culinary heritage, always combined with new culinary additions, le Domaine de Buhez Nevez offers a personal and refined cuisine with produce from the market, for dinner, in the friendly dining-room opening onto the sea.
According to daily arrivals, it is not unusual to find on the menu, sea fish and shell fish collected by the nets and traps of local fishermen.

A beautiful wine list

Consumed in moderation, a good wine harmoniously paired with the dish, adds a whole new level of pleasure and conviviality. At Buhez Nevez, a beautiful wine list offering great vintages and less prominent wines is available, as well as French wines and wines produced elsewhere in the world.
Our wine list, far from being exhaustive, is a compilation of our favourites. We gave special attention to the Loire wines, fresh and flavourful and wines from the South, warm and fruity.
